Guaranteed Landed Cost (GLC) program simplifies purchasing by making it easier for buyers to calculate retail value and related margins. Freight is managed from country of origin to the U.S. Port of Entry.
Documentation and Customs Clearance
- Merchandise complies with U.S. laws and regulations and product safety requirements.
- U.S. customs documentation is complete. Import duties, forwarder charges and other taxes are paid.
- Vessel booking & freight consolidation.
Notification of Arrival
- Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) provides information to the destination's receiving operations in advance of delivery.
- ASN provides unique carton identifiers and details of their contents
- UPC Ticketing with retail price and bar-coded (UCC-128) carton labels
- EDI capabilities available to integrate with the client's buying system
